Vector Borne Disease Research and Training Center is located in Hetauda Makwanpur. It is responsible to conduct research and provide training related to Vector Borne Diseases.

Our Objectives
i) Perform research in vector borne disease prevention, control, diagnostics, therapeutic drug efficacy studies, entomology and vector control.
ii) Train public health personnel in vector borne disease management, integrated vector management, malaria microscopy, kala-azar elimination support.
iii) Conduct field level operational researches on vector borne diseases. -
